How to Order

To order from Remmy’s catering, just contact us by phone, fax, or email. Remmy’s can provide any needed assistance with menu options and event planning. Our delicious food and professional service will make your event a success. You can use our list of food categories to note menu items that interest you. If you don’t see what you had in mind, contact us. We are happy to create a specialized menu for you upon request.

Our minimum order requirements are

  • $600.00 for breakfast, brunch, or lunch
  • $600.00 for appetizers
  • $1000.00 for dinners and larger events

All food and beverages are subject to Washington state sales tax and an 18–20% service charge, depending on your required level of service. This service charge covers our cost of doing business. We accept cash, check, Visa, and Mastercard.

For large, special-occasion events such as receptions and parties, Remmy’s requires a 50% deposit when the date is reserved. This deposit is non-refundable if you later cancel and we cannot rebook the date. Prices and entrées are subject to change, although prices are firm thirty days before the event. After the event is booked and the deposit received, we will send you a contract listing all requested items, services and costs. We ask that our customers carefully review the contract arrangements so that there is no misunderstanding over event arrangements. If there are significant changes, we will send out a new contract. Final payment must be made three weeks prior to the event.

Event Service

Meals may be served sit-down or buffet, with a minimum guest guarantee. Remmy’s will need to be apprised in advance of large fluctuations in guest counts so that staff, rentals, etc., can be adjusted on a timely basis. We need an initial estimate three weeks prior to the event and a firm guest count at least 15 days prior to the event. We base our scheduling, food purchasing, and billing on that guaranteed number.

Outside Food and Beverages

The host or hostess assumes all responsibility for food and beverages not provided by Remmy’s Catering. Outside foods must be handled properly by the host or hostess to prevent food-borne illness from unclean hands or improper temperature control. The customer is also responsible for providing appropriate serving pieces and utensils. For beverages, the host or hostess will need to provide serving and holding dishware, containers, serving utensils, ice, and proper temperature service. In addition, the customer must provide a banquet license for alcoholic beverage service and the required liquor consumption monitoring and liability.
