Remmy’s offers dozens of cold and warmed appetizers, from the simplicity of cheese and fruit platters to the elegance of whole decorated salmon. The appetizers are one per guest unless specified otherwise. The minimum order of each selection is three dozen servings, available as passed hors d’oeuvres or buffet-style. Everything is house-made from scratch—all the sauces, pastes, marinades and dressings.

Asian Fragrant Satays

All satays are served with rice cakes and pickled cucumbers.

Lightly grilled prime rib eye steak marinated with lemongrass, citrus juices, aromatics and herbs.

Aromatic Kalbi Beef Skewers


Flank steak marinated with aromatics, pear, soy, toasted sesame seeds and lime.

Malaysian Chicken Satay (Satay Ayam) with Malaysian Peanut Sauce (Sos Kacang)


Chicken marinated with lemongrass, aromatics, galangal, and Malaysian curry paste for 24 hours. Grilled and served with aromatic spiced Malaysian peanut sauce.

Thai Chicken Satay (Satay Gai) with Thai Peanut Sauce (Nahm Jim Thua)


Dark meat chicken or chicken breasts marinated in Thai curry powder, white pepper and aromatics overnight. Grilled and served with aromatic red curry paste-based Thai peanut sauce.

Japanese Teriyaki Chicken Breast Satay with Teriyaki Mayo Sauce


Chicken breast marinated in house-made teriyaki sauce.

Korean Pork Satay


Pork marinated overnight in Korean soybean paste, aromatics, and soy. Grilled and basted with the sauce.

Make your own Asian Style Chicken Lettuce Wraps


Served with three house-made sauces: Thai Peanut Sauce, Hoisin Chili Oil-Based Sauce, and Nuoc Cham. Chicken skewers, butter lettuce leaves, carrots, cucumber salad, cellophane noodles, and blanched bean sprouts.
